Wellness allowance

Mental health days
Some days you just need to rest, and that’s okay. We know you’ll come back stronger after a break, so you’ll have access to two mental health days and a bonus day off for your birthday each financial year.
Paid parental leave
We offer three months of paid parental leave to primary careers, so you don’t have to focus on anything except the newest addition to your family.
Study support
Sometimes study is involved if you’d like to change paths or get formally qualified for that promotion you’ve been working towards. We’ll always encourage you to think about your goals and development, so we offer study and exam leave if you need it.
Flexible working
We understand not all work has to happen from an office, so when and where your role permits, you can work from home up to two days a week.
